That is a shadowing book. Lately I haven't been focusing on shadowing though... but I must! Thanks for remembering (but it's so boring to shadow this textbook...)

ohhh okay. Seems like a good site. Do you have any particular method that you use, to understand sentences ? lately all i have been doing, is reading articles but here and there I'll run into few sentences that i find hard to understand..
